In recent years,the biggest pressure facing society is the depletion of petroleum resources and the gradual increase of environmental pollution.Although traditional fuel vehicles have brought convenience to people,they have also made the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems worse.Therefore,in the automotive field,the advent of new energy vehicles is the inevitable result of historical development and the development direction of replacing traditional fuel vehicles.The pure electric vehicle of composite power is a kind of new energy vehicle.Compared with the traditional automobile,it has the advantages of zero pollution,high energy utilization,low noise and good development prospects.As the "brain" of pure electric vehicle control,the vehicle controller is responsible for important control tasks,controlling the coordinated,efficient and stable operation of various components.The performance,control,stability and economy of pure electric vehicles are closely related to the vehicle controller.This paper mainly studies the vehicle controller of electric vehicles,introduces the domestic and international status of pure electric vehicles,composite power supplies and vehicle controllers,and analyzes the working principle and basic functions of the vehicle control system.In order to protect the power battery,this paper designs the structure of the composite power supply,formulates the corresponding control strategy,selectes the new European urban road conditions,and uses CURISE to model and simulates the composite power supply.The simulation results show that the super capacitor in the composite power system can effectively protect the power battery.This paper analyzes the performance of the motor,achieves the optimal selection of the motor and matches the parameters,completes the design of the power system,including the design of the AMT gear position control system.This paper develops a vehicle communication network based on CAN bus communication technology.The modular design concept is used to complete the design of the vehicle electronic control unit,including the minimum system board,power supply module,analog signal acquisition module,digital signal acquisition module and communication module,and finally completing the hardware design of the PCB.The software section is designed primarily for main programs,compositing power management programs,and other functional subroutines.In order to verify the reliability of the vehicle controller hardware,each unit module of the design is tested and debugged in turn,and then the integrated debugging of the vehicle control system is completed,and finally the experimental platform of the vehicle control system is completed.This paper verifies the effectiveness of the vehicle controller and the rationality of the energy distribution of the composite power supply.
