The power battery as a core components of power system of electric vehicles is very important to power, economy and security of the car, and it gets highly concerned from governments, research institutions and large enterprises. The economic type of pure electric vehicle should not only have good dynamic performance, but also must ensure the battery has a good working condition, because of that the vehicle power battery will vibrate together with the body in the running process of the vehicle, especially when road conditions exist random irregularity or some local irregularity shock, which lead to great impact on the battery.In this paper the software of ADAMS/Car is used to establish the kinetic model of T01 EV economic of pure electric vehicle, including front and rear wheels subsystem, steering subsystem, body and frame subsystem, front and rear suspension subsystem.On the basis of the vehicle power system simulation modeling, and in the view of the performance requirements analysis of the enterprise actual development of pure electric vehicle, the specific models of vehicle dynamic system modeling is completed, and the dynamic load of battery under Sine scanning input in different positions and its vertical acceleration characteristics are researched. Taking two kinds of arrangement of battery into account, two kinds of analysis of vertical vibration acceleration of power battery at low speed motor are compared. Theoretical basis of mounting position of battery is provided and the use of ADAMS / Car software and analysis principles is understood at the same time.Using the vehicle static balance simulation working condition and A convex block pavement working condition to set up the test simulation system, and the results show that the system is stable and reliable. At last,apply the system to power system simulation, the results show that dynamic system in the vehicle arrangement for especially power battery power system working environment influence, there is a bigger acceleration of power battery when the battery is attached in the front, it will affect their normal work condition. While in the actual requirements of power battery,the vertical vibration acceleration is called to a small value, so it can extend its service life, reduce the failure rate; so the conclusion is that the power system should be the rear way in the process of actual production.
