| Since the 21st century,China’s automobile sales have maintained a high growth rate,The development of new car market has contributed to the generation of used car market.However,China’s second-hand car market is still in its infancy.The second automotive market trading system is incomplete after developed countries and is an information network and after-service delay.The lack of China’s second-hand car market system has caused serious information asymmetry in the used car market,hindering consumer confidence in buying,and hampering the sound development of used car markets.The regulation of used car market is a serious problem.In fact,attention and Research on the supervision of used car markets have not been interrupted,but the study often lacks solid theoretical support,while there are few academic studies on used car market supervision.Because of the lack of experience,the content of the study cannot be manipulated.In order to ada有相同pt to the rapid development of the Guangzhou used car market,it is necessary to always strengthen the supervision of the used car market and standardize and order the order of the second-hand car market.Based on this,combined with the introduction of the theory and research methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of the second-hand car market supervision in Guangzhou from the aspects of supervision mode,information technology,service level,and so on.Combining with the author’s actual investigation and the study of management theory knowledge,it excavates the problems existing in the second-hand car market supervision in Guangzhou and analyzes the deep-seated causes of these problems.Through the analysis of this paper,the present situation of the second-hand car market supervision in Guangzhou is as follows: the preliminary establishment of the registration system for the main body of the second-hand car business;the preliminary establishment of the reporting and publishing system for the circulation information of the second-hand car;and the initial results of the supervision of the main body of the market operation.The problems existing in the supervision of the second-hand car market in Guangzhou include: inconsistent tax standards;imperfect evaluation system;asymmetric information between buyers and sellers;inadequate technical testing;and many problems in after-sales service.The causes of the problems in Guangzhou used car market supervision include: lack of laws and regulations;lack of open and transparent information system;lack of evaluation experience;lack of integrity mechanism.On this basis,we should learn from the successful experience offoreign developed countries in second-hand car market supervision,and combine the actual situation of Guangzhou second-hand car market,propose unified tax standards,establish a scientific evaluation system,formulate a perfect after-sales service system,improve the trading Integrity system,and vigorously develop information network to ensure the smooth implementation of Guangzhou second-hand car market supervision reform. |
