At present,with the rapid development of tourism economy,recreational commercial block(hereinafter referred to as RBD)has become one of the most positive elements for the revitalization of tourism towns,and also puts forward practical requirements for its planning and design research.Plot,as the basic element of block,is the basic unit of block development,construction and planning management.At present,due to the lack of basis and arbitrary division of plots,RBD of tourism towns leads to many urban problems,which further affects the construction and development of tourism towns.Therefore,based on the tourism of the urban RBD block as the breakthrough point,divided into based on block partition to explore the suitable RBD planning and construction under the new situation model,in order to meet the current RBD face demands in the planning and construction,so as to promote tourism in cities and towns in urban construction,social economy and ecological environment are reasonable,harmonious and orderly development.The first part of this paper starts with the evolution law of historic blocks,using the method of experience,summed up the main factors influencing the block block division,and put forward the block land shall be divided into,from the perspective of the overall environment characteristics of integrated blocks,coordinate with the main road blocks divided into plots,and through the street network of big block further subdivided work ideas and methods.On this basis,the paper summarizes the characteristics and applicable scope of the two typical modes of large plot division and small plot division in the existing block planning and design.In addition to meeting the general factors restricting land division,the current land division of recreational commercial blocks also needs to consider the requirements of RBD development for land division under the current background.Therefore,the second part of this paper focuses on the four appeals faced by RBD planning and construction under the current background: intensive development of land use,construction of green road traffic network,stimulation of block public space vitality,and reduction of development and construction investment threshold.Focusing on these four focuses,this paper combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to explore the logical relationship between land parcel division and the four demands,and proposes a suitable land parcel division method in the planning and design of tourism town RBD,that is,the standardized division with the scale controlled within 100-200 meters.In the third part of this paper,two typical RBD in Xishuangbanna prefecture were selected as the main research objects.Evolving from classified methods of block of land use,road traffic,where the impact of energy,development and construction,Xishuangbanna Gaozhuang Xishuangjin and Xishuangbanna international tourism resort area,this paper compares and analyzes verified using typical small plots of RBD compared with the traditional big block partition mode can better adapt to the new form of appeal.In terms of land use,RBD of small plot division mode increases the economic efficiency of land,improves the adaptability of land function and strengthens the stability of land function.In terms of road traffic,the accessibility of road traffic is strong,the block space can reach higher,and the mode of transportation presents diversified development.In terms of building block vitality,the public space has a stronger sense of place,higher recognition,stronger walking adaptability,and is suitable for tourists to socialize,making the block more dynamic.In the aspect of development and construction,the threshold of capital investment is low,with strong development elasticity and adaptability,which is more conducive to the phased development and construction of the project.This research is based on land division to explore the appropriate mode of RBD planning and construction of tourist towns,which has certain value and significance in both theoretical and practical aspects.In terms of theory,it can provide a certain theoretical basis for the land division of RBD of domestic tourism towns.At the same time in practice,it can provide some reference for the same type of project planning and design in the future.
