The Relationship Between The Space Of Block And The Plot Boundary

Urban space form not only influence the visual perception of people, but also affects the occurrence and regulation of urban microclimate. Study the formation mechanism of the urban space will provide effective guidance for urban planning and architectural design. Previous studies mostly focus on building form and layout in the city, and the research of urban space is less. This paper, taking the conclusion of Dr Lina Zhang’s study of plot characteristics of xinjiekou district, as the breakthrough point, study the relationship between the city space form of Nanjing and the plot boundary.Based on the old area of nanjing urban area along the city’s main distribution contains commercial land more 35 blocks for the data base, statistics and analysis of land transfer type, and each type of land within the space form and the plot of the border relations, and the relationship between the space form and the site index. The introduction part firstly described in this paper, the research origin and research meaning, determine the research object of this article for all commercial land and the combination of the adjacent plots, clear in this paper, the research perspective and research methods and research path. The second chapter is literature review. Of which the first part of the second chapter is the research on urban morphology and urban space form, the second part is the laws and regulations related to the commercial building design and review the specification and to lay theoretical basis for the research. The third chapter and the fourth chapter is the main body of this paper. The third chapter on the basis of forefathers’ research analysis, find the breakthrough point, analysis of the block of internal space, select samples to study, and the transfer of land classification and statistics. Fourth chapter firstly in this paper, we study the space for business within the plot and plot boundary adjacent space, and through the analysis of different kinds of transition block of space shape, size and nature of analysis of the blocks of the internal space form, and then statistical analysis of the reasons for the formation of different location of the open space, and the relationship between the space size and site index. The fifth chapter is based on the predecessors’ research results, select a commercial blocks redesign, and compared with the status quo analysis; Add the research achievements of this paper, the design improvement and present situation analysis, again after confirm this article conclusion has guidance to the design. The last part is the summary of the article and prospects.
