Due to the poor geological conditions in coastal reclamation land area,the traditional ordinary concrete ground method for the ground of large-span factory buildings in the area has been unable to meet the requirements of daily production of enterprises.Due to the influence of pile and foundation forces,the ground of common concrete is not subsided or the subsidence is very small at the position of pile cap and beam,which causes the ground of the upper part of pile cap and beam not to subside basically.The local position may also be uplifted because of the extrusion of other parts.However,because the foundation of other parts has not been specially treated,the bearing capacity of regional soil is small,resulting in the settlement value.Relatively large,resulting in uneven ground,local uplift,local settlement,serious cases will be inverted pot cover,or even local cracks,concrete surface damage and other phenomena,has seriously affected the daily production and normal use of enterprises.At present,in order to solve this problem,vacuum preloading method and bored pile method are widely used.However,these two methods are expensive and can hardly be afforded by ordinary enterprises.It is imminent to study a new type of ground practice which is economical,cost-effective and can meet the requirements of relevant enterprises.Nowadays,the land treatment methods of large-span powerhouse in coastal reclamation land area at home and abroad are all aimed at strengthening foundation and preventing land subsidence.However,due to the poor geological conditions in coastal reclamation land area,these methods are often difficult to achieve the desired effect or cost is very high,and enterprises can not afford them.In order to solve the problems encountered in the engineering practice,the author has carried out a series of research and analysis work.(1)According to the actual situation of large-span steel structure workshop in coastal reclamation land area and large-span concrete structure workshop in coastal reclamation land area,two ground methods are designed.(2)Apply these two ground practices in the practical project of Taizhou Bay circular economy industrial agglomeration area.(3)From the construction point of view,settlement effect point of view(land subsidence observation and data analysis of the corresponding projects),and cost point of view,the two ground practices are analyzed and compared with other ground practices in the region(practice of ordinary concrete ground,vacuum preloading +ordinary concrete ground and bored pile + ordinary concrete ground),and finally a summary is made.After a series of research and analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:Principle of Ground Practice: Considering the degree of settlement,try to control the settlement of all parts of the ground together.The main purpose is to make the parts which can not be settled by ordinary concrete ground practice settle smoothly,and the degree of settlement is similar to those which are easy to produce settlement,so as to achieve the effect of ground leveling.There are three advantages compared with the vacuum preloading method and bored pile method in the study of the ground method of large-span steel structure workshop(span 30m-50m)in coastal reclamation land area and the ground method of large-span concrete structure workshop(span 10 m or so)in coastal reclamation land area.(1)The construction technology is easy to master,the construction is convenient and the construction speed is fast.(2)Ground settlement is uniform in the construction process of ground method 1and ground method 2,and the results of uneven ground settlement are within the controllable range,which can meet the daily production needs of factories with non-special high-precision technology requirements.(3)The cost of ground method 1 and ground method 2 is reasonable and the economic benefit is remarkable.
