| With the rapid development of China’s economy,land reclamation projects have become one of the important measures for coastal cities in China to develop urban land.The large-scale reclamation project is affected by the environment,climate,wind and waves and geological and hydrological conditions.The construction management and construction technical difficulties are quite different from those of the construction projects usually on land.Once the risk factors in the construction process are neglected,Dangers frequently occur during construction.In this way,it is particularly important to study the key construction procedures and processes of large-scale reclamation land-building projects from the perspective of risk prevention.Therefore,from the perspective of risk management and control,this paper studies the risk sources and risk factors faced in key construction processes,and uses visual simulation technology,for the analysis tool,numerical simulation and case study of risk factors in the construction process of prefabricated components such as prefabricated component production and embankment filling of a large-scale reclamation project.On this basis,the paper puts forward the scientific decision-making and preventive measures for the risk factors of the project.The theoretical system and method research carried out in this paper have certain guiding practical significance.This paper takes a large island reclamation project as an example,and analyzes the possible risk sources and risk factors in the project construction based on the risk prevention perspective.Based on this,a set of key risk factors is proposed,which involves external risks(such as climate ocean waves,etc.)and internal risks(construction technology,management level,etc.),comprehensive consideration of various risk factors,using BIM technology combined with three-dimensional visual simulation method for numerical analysis and case simulation,the results to some extent to avoid important accidents occurred,the risk prevention mechanism of the project was established through research,which provided reference for risk management and control of similar projects.Firstly in the study of the reclamation engineering construction structural decomposition,and then USES the system analysis and Delphi method according to the engineering structure is a steel cylinder mechanic process steel cylinder storage and transportation slope revetment construction and force majeure(such as natural disasters typhoon)4 key project risk source and its result in 10 risk events;Secondly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is used to evaluate the risk of reclamation land reclamation project.In the evaluation process,the risk evaluation index set is firstly established according to the risk event.The AHP method is used to analyze the single level with Matlab software as the tool.The index weight and consistency test in the total ranking of the hierarchy,followed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the first-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the second-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and finally calculate the comprehensive score of the risk reclamation land-building project risk,and obtain four risks.The source is the risk of a high probability of occurrence during the construction process.According to the results of risk assessment,the information communication and sharing platform is built on the basis of BIM technology.The numerical simulation and virtual simulation technology are used to determine the risk prevention measures for the risk sources.Eight risk measures are formulated,including the characteristics of structural components,include 6 measures for the formulation of construction process characteristics,and according to the characteristics of the construction environment,the 3D simulation based on the BIM platform is used to establish the dynamic monitoring mechanism of slope protection construction quality and the method of image damage based on image recognition.The adoption of the above risk measures has completed the quality,cost,and the prevention and control of risks such as construction period and safety,completed the target management,and finally extracted the risk prevention application mechanism based on numerical simulation and virtual simulation methods.The text takes a large reclamation project as a practical case,based on the actual measurement and simulation of environmental and meteorological data,the paper systematically analyzes and makes scientific decisions on key risk sources and risk events in the construction process.The risk identification and evaluation of the project has certain practical significance and practical significance,and to a certain extent effectively avoid the occurrence of disaster events.It provides guarantee for the quality management and safe production of the project,and provides decision-making basis and scientific method for the project management of the construction unit.This research provides theoretical tools and case studies for the decision-making of construction risk management and control measures similar to large-scale reclamation projects. |
