With the gradual improvement of urbanization in China,the demand for stability of power supply is also increasing.However,the negative problems existing in the operation of traditional power grid system,such as large wastage of power resources,large area and unreasonable layout,seriously restrict the development process of China's power system.Therefore,modular substations with the advantages of "resource-saving,environment-friendly,industrialization" will become the construction of future substations.Set trends.The new modular substation adopted in this dissertation not only solves the problem of large area occupied by traditional substation from the building structure,but also reduces the volume of electrical equipment by a large margin through modularization and intellectualization,makes the operation of equipment more intelligent,and achieves the purpose of function optimization,energy saving and environmental protection.Through the analysis of power distribution and climatic characteristics in Jiamusi area,this dissertation studies the problems of short-circuit current calculation,equipment selection,primary and secondary layout of modular electrical equipment,distribution of cable orientation and intelligent control system,and designs a modular substation-Dongfeng substation.On this basis,the installation and commissioning of the substation are carried out,and the analysis is made from the aspects of maintenance efficiency,safety and stability,and operation complexity.The actual operation shows that the substation not only greatly reduces the amount of work,reduces the area occupied,and has low cost,but also can well adapt to the severe cold characteristics of Northeast China.Finally,through the analysis of energy efficiency and environmental protection and energy saving of electrical equipment in Dongfeng substation,compared with the shortcomings of traditional substation,such as low utilization rate of resources and large energy loss,energy saving schemes of main transformer and station transformer are designed respectively,new energy saving measures of lighting heating and fire prevention and drainage system are adopted,and the implementation scheme of modular construction of Dongfeng 220 kV substation is formed.Reasonable allocation,high energy utilization,environmental protection and low temperature resistance can meet the climate characteristics and grid structure of Northeast China,with good reliability and feasibility,and provide theoretical basis and data support for future engineering construction.
