According to the statistics of China Automobile Industry Association,the total number of new energy vehicles in China in 2017 was about 719000,of which plug-in cars and hybrid electric vehicles accounted for more than 93%.The state launched a policy to vigorously promote the development of new energy vehicles,further enhance the number of new energy vehicles,and gradually phase out fuel vehicles.The paper not only systematically studies the safety of gas station expansion charging piles and its ancillary facilities,but also uses risk matrix,accident tree and consequence simulation to characterize typical accidents such as oil leakage,fire and explosion at gas stations.And quantitative research;in the case of the expansion of the charging station and its ancillary facilities at the gas station and the new risks generated and the original risk of the gas station are coupled,the risk analysis method,the accident tree analysis and other means are used to study the refueling-charging construction.After the accident mechanism.According to the current laws,regulations and standards,the safety facilities design of the gas station expansion charging pile project was put forward,and the operation and management suggestions after the gas station expansion charging pile project were summarized.As an important supporting facility for fuel vehicles,gas stations play an important role in the current automobile structural system.However,with the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction policies,new energy vehicles gradually replace the trend of fuel vehicles,and gas stations expand charging piles and Ancillary facilities are an important direction for breakouts.In order to explore the feasibility of expanding the charging station from the safety point of view,firstly,the performance,safety and charging characteristics of the IDS120K750 D charging pile and its ancillary facilities are analyzed in detail.It is concluded that the spark generated by the charging pile is formed by the high temperature and air breakdown generated when the circuit is disconnected,and the influence range is 10m;Combined with the basic situation of a gas station in Mianyang,the risk assessment,accident tree analysis and DNV PHAST process hazard source analysis software were used to analyze the fire,explosion and gasoline leakage.The maximum dangerous distance for the gas station is 23.78m(gasoline)and 23.13m(diesel)in the case of small holes,medium holes,large holes and all leaks.According to the relevant requirements of the "Code for Design and Construction of Automobile Refueling and Gas Filling Stations"(GB 50156-2014),it is concluded that the spark generating ground of the charging pile needs to maintain a safe distance of more than 37 m from the gas station.It is proved that it is technically feasible to expand the charging pile at the gas station,but in order to further improve the safety of the gas station after the expansion,this paper designs from the technical measures and management measures.Improve the overall level of gas stations by installing detection equipment,safety accessories and establishing safety management systems for accident prevention.
