| Mergers and acquisitions are usually carried out in order to achieve their own interests.However,most of them are not ideal,and even fail.After reorganization,enterprises need to integrate in many aspects,such as system,enterprise culture,management mode and so on.Among them,the integration of enterprise culture is the most basic and the most difficult work.When enterprises enter a new business field through reorganization strategy,it is only the beginning to sign the reorganization agreement.The cultural integration after the reorganization is the key to the success of the reorganization strategy.This research mainly studies the cultural integration of the China Merchants and Sinotrans after the reorganization.First,it expounds the research purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the theme of this study.Secondly,it elaborates the related concepts and theoretical foundations,including some concepts such as the merger and reorganization,corporate culture and so on,and also some theoretical foundations,such as cultural conflict theory,the cultural integration theory and so on.Thirdly,it introduces the reorganization background of the China Merchants and Sinotrans,including the brief introduction of the two groups and their respective cultural characteristics,emphasizing the wolf culture of the China Merchants and family culture of Sinotrans.Fourthly,according to the status and existing problems of the cultural integration for the China Merchants and Sinotrans,this study expounds the current situation of cultural integration from the perspective of material culture,behavior culture,system culture and concept culture.It also finds out some problems in the process of cultural integration by the survey method.Finally,based on the above analysis,it puts forward some suggestions to promote cultural integration from the aspects of enterprise structure,enterprise system and so on.The reorganization of the China Merchants and Sinotrans is a voluntary choice among central enterprises,which is put forward by the China Merchants and approved by the state council.It has the basis of marketization.Both the operation route and the integration effect will be more effective than administrative orders.This pattern is likely to become the main mode of the reorganization of the state-owned enterprises in the future.By the study of the cultural integration after the reorganization of China Merchants and Sinotrans,we can find out some problems existing in the cultural integration of reorganized enterprises,and put forward the corresponding solutions,so as to provide references for the cultural integration of reorganized enterprises. |
