| With the rapid development of world economy,science and technology,the communications between different countries increase much more rapidly than before.So far the world has become a global village and more cooperation promotes more frequent talent flow,so it has more demands to the traffic,especially the aviation.Since 1999,Civil Aviation College of China and Heilongjiang Beikai Vocational and Technical College firstly opened up the flight attendant profession.During the past 20 years,more and more higher vocational colleges are aware of the importance of the flight attendant profession and they offered the flight attendant course.However,the air cabin crew as an important image of airlines,the requirements are increasing year by year,this thesis employs the literature,questionnaire investigation and expert interviews,from 11 high vocational schools inside and outside Jiangsu province by its air cabin professional course teaching outline.Through the deep investigation and research,the results show as follows.The first one is almost all the higher vocational colleges do not pay much attention to the settings of physical education syllabus for flight attendant profession.According to the investigation,3 higher vocational schools do not have a syllabus,and the other 8 higher vocational schools lack the integrity of the syllabus setting.The settings of teaching objectives and teaching tasks is not clear,even mixed together about the two,resulting in the weak pertinence of the setting of teaching contents and the lack of vocational training for the shape of flight attendants,which is contrary to the goals of cultivating professional and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.The third one is the little attention to the theory courses.The survey found that the total class hours of the four semesters were only two or four hours in the first semester,and none of the other semesters were offered.It is unreasonable in terms of class hour allocation.Too little occupation will result in students’ insufficient understanding of the theory and some students will lack the initiative to learn in the process of training.The last is some suggestions that higher vocational colleges should strengthen the comprehensiveness and integrality of the teaching syllabus of flight attendant profession.Teaching objectives and tasks need to be further defined and classified.The teaching content should be more targeted and diversified to improve students’ learning interests and professional abilities.The theoretical periods should also be adjusted to strengthen theoretical learning and improve students ’ interest in autonomous learning. |
