Research On Critical Technology Of Vehicle Product Certification Based On Functional System

Production and sales volume of China atuo have been NO.1 in the last nine years in the world.Auto industry has turned out to be been a pillar industry in China.Certification system of automobile products played an increasingly important role since its implementation,in the guiding market behaviour,optimizing resource allocation,maintaining the public interest,promoting industrial upgrading and improving the operation quality of national economy,etc.However,in current fields of certification system of automobile products,Compulsory Product Certification is more than an access certification,not a leading-technology type.On the other hand,technically,the current mode of automobile product certification is the certification separately of vehicles and Parts.But this certification method doesn't take it into consideration that the composition chain relationship among vehicles,systems,parts and components.All of these lead to too many pilot projects and too much burden for Automobile enterprise,influencing their high-quality developmentAccordingly,it is put forward in this paper that innovation mode of automotive product certification based on functional system.Some respective certification projects of vehicle and parts will be transformed into one of functional system,by combining the certification of functional system,original vehicle and parts.This innovation mode of automotive product certification is expected to enhance efficiency of certification,reduce and optimize project,contributing enterpries to cut the cost.The critical technology of vehicle product certification based on functional system is studied from the following three aspects.The division principle of certification unit is figure out based on concept of functional system.According to the division principle,a whole vechile can be divided into eleven 11 units.And the list of functional system of automobile product is accomplished.According to the list of functional system,two representative functional systems are selected as the objectives to be studied,Braking System of Commercial Vehicle and Electric Drive System of New Energy Vehicle.According to the requirements of relevant standards,research Models of the two mentioned above are constructed and test method and evaluating indicator are proposed.Then certification technical proposals of the two mentioned systems are made out in the paper.According to certification technical proposals above,experimental researchs are carried out.The result of experimental researchs proves the certification technology based on functional system are able to evaluate performance of the automotive product scientifically and rationally according to standard requirements.The certification technology based on functional system can reduce test items of product certification and cut the cost of enterprises on the premise of meeting the standard requirements.It turns out to be scientific and advanced.
