Nowadays many countries have proposed to develop low carbon economy, and as a barrier of low carbon economy in the production quality, low carbon product certification has developed rapidly in the world. Low carbon product certification in our country has been achieved certain results, while, there is no specific certification system for the actual situation of the market of rural building materials. With the implementation of the new rural policy of the state, the building of the village tends to develop the energy saving building, energy saving building materials R & D has also continued to acquire new achievements. But the phenomenon of energy saving but not low carbon in our country is more common, coupled with the status of village building materials market disorder, low carbon certification of building energy saving material in towns is very important. As the core content of the certification system, the certification mode determines the effectiveness of the certification process. The choice of the authentication mode of low carbon products in the building energy saving material in the villages and towns has great theoretical and practical significance for the healthy development of China's rural building materials market, the popularization of energy saving materials, and the development of low-carbon economy.In this paper, through the comprehensive analysis of the development process of low carbon product certification, combined with the development status of China's low carbon low carbon product certification model, the paper established a model for the selection of low carbon product certification model for rural building energy saving material. First, the original eight modes were divided into three groups according to the characteristics of content, the preferred mode was determined with expert scoring method selection. The evaluation system was used to evaluate the authentication mode, and the decision problem was converted into the evaluation problem. The quantitative scores were the highest and the qualified scores met with the qualified scores were determined as final low carbon product certification model. In the case of the existing eight kinds of authentication mode can not be selected, the efficacy coefficient method was used to deal with the data of the expert scoring. Set the threshold value and establish a new authentication mode as the final choice.In the process of evaluation, this paper selects a multi level grey analysis method. Among them, the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight the evaluation system.Grey analysis method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, which is used for evaluating the system. At the same time, taking into account the low carbon product certification in China started late, and due to the lack of relevant data caused the gray area in the process of analysis, it is difficult to evaluate the process. Grey analysis method canreduce the error caused by human factor on the basis of fully considering the analysis of the factors of uncertainty. In addition, in order to facilitate the calculation of the model, the calculation program of MATLAB software is used as a supplementary tool.In order to verify the feasibility of the model of building energy saving material authentication model in rural areas, based on the analysis of the energy consumption of the buildings in the villages and towns, the energy saving roof insulation material of the villages and towns were taken as an example. Based on the analysis of the evaluation index, the model of low carbon product certification of the building roof insulation material in the villages and towns is chosen according to the established model. Through this case, the availability of the authentication mode selection model was illustrated, which can play a reference role in the establishment of the low carbon certification system in the future.
