With the development of the automobile industry, the requirements of the drivers are constantly improved, hoping to have a pleasant voice in the process of driving.Acoustic optimization of air intake system has significant meaning for tuning the car acceleration noise.Previously, the air intake system optimization mainly relies on experience and simulation, only for system-level targets, the car noise can not be estimated. In this paper,by means of time-domain transfer path analysis and air intake system simulation,a method to directly predict the influence of air intake system acoustic optimization on vehicle noise is studied.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic principle of time-domain transfer path analysis in detail, and expounds the principle of classification of working loads and different load identification methods in time-domain transfer path analysis tests. And the test method of structure and air path transfer path function.Secondly, according to the principle of transmission path analysis, the problems in the acceleration condition of an SUV automobel are studied in detail, and the relationship between different excitation sources and paths of interior noise is analyzed. Then, through the analysis of the experimental data,it is found that the reason of the vehicle acceleration condition booming is the intake system.Through the combination of the simulation model of the air intake system and the virtual acoustic model of the vehicle, the air intake system is carried on the virtual acoustic vehicle model to optimize the noise of the air intake system. The influence of different air intake system optimization schemes on interior noise was successfully predicted and the best scheme for interior noise optimization was found. Finally, the optimized results are used to make a sample, and the experimental results verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the above method. This paper presents a method to optimize the acoustic performance of the air intake system. At the same time, this method only simulates on the virtual prototype and saves the work of multi-wheel sample verification. Not only can the time and cost of sample production optimization be greatly reduced, but more importantly, the time domain transmission path analysis method can be used to predict the influence of intake system optimization on interior noise,so as to effectively predict the feelings of passengers in the car and obtain a "want" sound.
