With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,the performance of automobiles has been increasingly perfected,and vibration noise has become an important indicator for consumers to evaluate the superiority of automobiles.In addition,strict vibration and noise standards are the weapon for independent brands to enter the international market.Road noise is one of the main sources of noise in a car,and its strength is closely related to the overall noise and vibration performance of the vehicle.Therefore,controlling and reducing road noise is a crucial issue in the development of automotive NVH.This article takes the domestic classic SUV vehicle as the research object.The front suspension adopts the MacPherson independent suspension and the rear suspension adopts the form of the torsion beam suspension.Through the combination of working condition transmission path technology and strong coupling time-domain transmission path technology,A time-domain transfer path model of prototype road structure noise was established;a noise source was identified by using a combination of model analysis and panel contribution analysis;and an interior noise optimization method was further proposed in conjunction with the principle of board-surface noise radiation,and a real vehicle road test was conducted.certificate.This paper first introduces the research status of road noise at home and abroad,and explains the theory of time domain transmission path of vehicle noise,including the principle of transmission path analysis of operating conditions and the principle of strongly coupled time-domain transmission path;the establishment of pavement using the method of strongly coupled time-domain transmission path The noise subsystem model identifies the transfer path that causes the greatest amount of vibration in the vehicle through the noise time domain transfer model.The path is virtually modified and fitted to form a new noise signal.The fitted data is compared with the measured data and verified.The accuracy of the model.According to the analysis of the model,it is confirmed that the transmission path is the key to the noise in the vehicle,and the contribution of the panel to the panel is analyzed,and the panel components that affect the transfer function on the transmission path are identified.Based on the recognition results,a door panel optimization method was proposed to improve the dynamic stiffness of the door by increasing the quality of the door.The actual vehicle verification test was conducted.The results show that the peak frequency of the car interior noise caused by the car decreased significantly.The results show that the time domain transfer path method is combined with the panel contribution technology.The use of noise sources can effectively identify and provide a set of process solutions for the solution of road noise problems.
