Study On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Land Acquisition And Demolition Of NanLong Railway Sanming Section Construction Project

In recent years,China Railway Construction Department in the great development stage,the railway construction of the land demand continues to increase.Land acquisition at the same time with the demolition of a large number of buildings and structures,which led to an increasingly intense response to land acquisition and demolition problems and contradictions.Land acquisition and demolition has become a major difficulty and obstacle in the construction of national infrastructure.Therefore,it is of great practical and strategic significance to study the related problems of railway land acquisition and house demolition.This paper mainly studies the current situation of land acquisition and house demolition construction in Sanming City,and summarizes the five problems in the construction of railway construction in Sanming City,taking the land acquisition and demolition of Sanming Railway as the research object,And the reasons for the analysis,and then put forward-to solve the implementation of the Nanlong Railway Sanming section of the process of land acquisition and resettlement countermeasures.The specific countermeasures are as follows:the government strengthens the guiding effect of propaganda and guidance;perfects the construction of land acquisition and house demolition system,perfects the coordination organization mechanism of land acquisition and demolition supervision and management,and analyzes and discusses.
