Nowadays,the number of blast furnaces in our country not only occupies a large part of the world's blast furnaces,but also the technical level of blast furnaces production has reached the world-class.The 4000m3 blast furnaces built in our country have reached more than ten,which is ahead of other countries in the world.Under the guidance of the national policy of"reducing production capacity and increasing benefit",the number of blast furnaces in China will be reduced.However,the technical level and service life of blast furnaces will be continuously enhanced by means of transformation or demolition and reconstruction.The construction of blast furnaces has changed from paying attention to quantity to the quality and efficiency of blast furnaces.In the transformation,demolition and construction of the blast furnace project,due to the large investment in the blast furnace project construction,the investment in the blast furnace project is expected to start production as soon as possible and economic benefits of premature birth,so the demand for the duration of the blast furnace project is becoming increasingly tight.The blast furnace project has many contents,complicated specialties,many participating units and short construction period,some blast furnace project contracting enterprises in our country follow the traditional schedule management mode and do not pay attention to the use of science and technology to formulate the construction schedule,which makes the schedule management lack of scientificity,This often delays the time limit of many blast furnace projects.Therefore,in the process of blast furnace construction,schedule management plays an extremely important role.It is the basis for guiding the construction and schedule management of the project.We must carefully study,carefully plan,formulate a scientific schedule plan,and take effective measures to ensure the full implementation of the schedule plan.The blast furnace project in Xinjiang started construction in July 2017.The designed effective volume is 2500 m~3,the equipment production capacity is 2.5 T/(m~3.d),and the annual hot metal production is planned to be 2 million tons.In this paper,the principle of construction schedule management of the blast furnace project is analyzed,and the schedule of project construction schedule management is defined,including preparation before construction,preparation of construction schedule and execution of construction schedule.According to this management process,the research on construction progress management is carried out in turn.Firstly,the scope of the project is defined through pre-construction investigation and analysis.Secondly,WBS technology,crossplot technology and NPT technology are used to compile three construction schedule plans,the three schedules are compared and analyzed,the more scientific construction schedule made,and more conducive to the smooth completion of Xinjiang blast furnace project construction schedule management objectives.On this basis,various measures for controlling the construction schedule are studied,specific measures are clarified from the aspects of organization,system and technology guarantee to ensure the overall implementation of Xinjiang blast furnace project schedule,ensure the effective management of construction schedule,and smoothly realize the goal of Xinjiang blast furnace project construction schedule.
