The guarantee of safe and reliable operation of nuclear reactors is important for the development of the nuclear energy industry.The control of nuclear reactor power is one of the key technologies to ensure safe and stable operation of a nuclear reactor.The gradual increase of electricity share from nuclear power plants in the whole electric network requires that the power of a nuclear reactor must be able to adjust according to the load requirements of the electric network,that is,load-following control.Therefore,the study of load-following control technology is an important subject for the safe and economic operation of nuclear reactors.Based on T-S fuzzy theory,the T-S fuzzy model of the nuclear reactor system and the two-node reactor core are established by combining the neutron dynamics equation,thermo-hydraulic equation,xenon-iodine effect equation,and reactivity feedback equation.The load-following control system of the nuclear reactor power based on the T-S model is studied.Firstly,the augmented formal model of the reactor system is obtained by introducing the integral of tracking deviation.The global guaranteed cost tracking controller,the nonlinear observer and the piecewise guaranteed cost tracking controller of the reactor power system are designed respectively.In order to limit the non-uniformity of the axial power distribution of nuclear reactor,a piecewise guaranteed cost tracking controller for nuclear reactor power is proposed based on the constant axial power offset control strategy.Secondly,considering the external disturbance of the nuclear reactor power system,the H?tracking controller of the reactor power system,the global H?-LQR tracking controller and the piecewise H?-LQR tracking controller are presented respectively.Also,to adjust the axial power distribution,a piecewise H?-LQR tracking controller is designed.Finally,considering the uncertainties of a nuclear reactor power system,an adaptive guaranteed cost tracking controller and an L1adaptive tracking controller are designed to estimate uncertainties online.Based on MATLAB/Simulink software platform,the control system of nuclear reactor power is simulated and verified.The results show that the designed controllers have good control performance in power tracking.
