With China’s growing awareness of the sovereignty of the maritime territories and the key construction and development of the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road in the “One Belt,One Road” development strategy,China’s marine industry and the shipbuilding industry are facing unprecedented opportunities for development.It can be said that the two fields of ship research design and ship maneuver control design are profoundly affecting the development of China’s marine industry.Therefore,we should invest more energy and research in the design of new ships and the use of advanced ship control technology.The high-speed wave-piercing catamaran is a new type of ship proposed in recent years.Due to its wide deck area,low roll response during travel,fast speed and good stealth performance,it has a place in the Chinese navy.Based on the analysis of the heave and pitch response of the catamaran,the geometric model modeling of the catamaran and the anti-rolling body is carried out,and the hydrodynamic performance of the anti-rolling body is designed and analyzed.In order to reduce its longitudinal motion response and make its performance better,the catamaran adapted to the anti-rolling body is studied.The scheme of installing the control type T-wing and the wave-plate in the catamaran is discussed in detail.Combined control reduces the heave response and pitch response of the catamaran.When designing the controller,the heave and pitch response of the catamaran are taken as the control object,and the auto disturbance rejection controller is used to control it.The four parameters of the four modules of the auto disturbance rejection controller are detailed.Set the discussion.The dual-input and dual-output systems are decoupled and controlled by the self-interference controller’s own observation characteristics,and the controller is used to control the T-wing and the pressure wave board respectively.Through a large number of experiments and simulations on the control system,it is concluded that the simultaneous adaptation of the T-wing and the wave-plate can improve the anti-rolling performance of the catamaran.Finally,the self-disturbance immunity controller and the PID controller are compared and analyzed.The experimental simulation data proves that the designed auto disturbance rejection controller has excellent ability to reduce overshoot and resist interference.In this paper,the fluid dynamics and self-disturbance control methods are studied for the design of the anti-rolling structure and the reduction control of the high-speed wave-piercing catamaran.According to the construction of the catamaran model,the T-wing and the pressure wave board modeling were designed and analyzed based on ANSYS,and the simulation verification of the catamaran and the anti-rolling body was completed.The parameter setting of the auto disturbance rejection controller and the longitudinal motion controller design were completed.Analyze the control effects of the PID controller and the auto disturbance rejection controller.The experiment proves that the twin-hull is equipped with the T-wing and the wave-controlled board controlled by the anti-interference controller,and the heave response is reduced by 30%,the pitch response is reduced by 60%,and the performance of the PIDcontroller is greatly improved,in line with expectations.Shake the effect.
