Research On Evaluation System Of Highway Traffic And Tourism Integration Development Based On Coupling Coordination Degree

The integration of traffic and tourism is an important transformation and upgrading route for the transportation and tourism industry in the new development period.In this new stage,the functional demand and service supply of highway traffic have changed greatly compared with the original.If the district continue to follow the train of thought of transportation development in the past,it will soon be difficult for highway traffic to meet the growing traffic demand of people.Unclear characteristics and requirements for the development of the integration of traffic and tourism,as well as the unclear development level of regional traffic and tourism integration,will lead to blindness in traffic planning and low returns,which cannot meet the needs of regional development.Therefore,in order to better carry out the development and construction of the integration of traffic and tourism,it is necessary to make a scientific,reasonable and accurate evaluation of the integration of regional highway traffic and tourism,which is of great significance to understand the current development problems and formulate the development countermeasures of the integration of traffic and tourism.First of all,based on the theory and analysis mechanism of the integration development of traffic and tourism,this paper summarizes the connotation of the integration of traffic and tourism,analyzes its characteristics,explains its development mechanism,and then proposes its broad definition.Secondly,by summarizing the construction principles of the indicator system,namely the demand principles and the scientific principles,the construction method is defined as the grounded theory,the indicator system of regional highway traffic-tourism coupling coordination development level is established,the AHP-entropy combination weighting method based on level difference maximization and coupling coordination degree model is proposed.Accordingly the evaluation method of regional highway traffic-tourism coupling coordination development level is obtained.Finally,this method is used to evaluate the regional integration development of traffic and tourism in Daozhen County,Guizhou Province.Meanwhile,the development thoughts of the integration of highway traffic and tourism is proposed and applied to the optimized development scheme of regional integration of traffic and tourism after evaluation.The following conclusions can be drawn from the research in this paper.Firstly,the integration of traffic and tourism is a development mode in which regional resources are more rational,effectively allocated,fully and comprehensively utilized.It means that after the traffic and tourism systems develop to a certain level,the two gradually blend the functions and service capabilities of the other party,generate coupling relations,interact with each other,promote each other and complement each other,thus realize the organic integration of regional traffic,tourism and other public resources,the industrial integration development and the common construction and share of society.Secondly,the indicator system of regional highway traffic-tourism coupling coordination development level is established by using the grounded theory.The evaluation value of regional highway traffic-tourism coupling coordination development level can be effectively obtained by combining AHP-entropy combination weighting method based on level difference maximization and coupling coordination degree model.Thirdly,a highway tourism traffic planning system including six-node,two-network and two-system ideas is proposed,which adapts to the integration of traffic and tourism.The six-system comprehensive system with high-quality experience and complete functions is build,which includes self-driving,slow-traveling,service,greening,guidance and products systems.Thus a significant increase in the development level of regional integration of traffic and tourism can be achieved.The results obtained in this paper are conducive to further planning tourism highway network and regional integration of traffic and tourism,and provide specific reference and guidance for the development and improvement of integration of traffic and tourism.
