| With the continuous advancement of society,the smart grid has become an important foundation and driving force for China’s development.The collection and management of user electricity information in the smart grid is particularly important.Traditional manual on-site meter reading,in addition to wasting manpower and material resources,the biggest drawback is the inaccuracy of the data.At present,China’s current meter reading method uses RS-485,RS-482 or low-voltage power carrier transmission technology to transmit by wire.The advantage is that the transmission signal is relatively stable,but the shortcoming is obvious,that is,the cable metering equipment is erected.Complex,high cost,accompanied by short-circuit,open circuit and other problems,long-term use of the line is easy to aging,high maintenance costs,these problems are very difficult problems in the wired automatic meter reading system.The design is a remote meter reading system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network with two-way communication functions,including remote user terminal modules and wireless transceiver modules.Both parts adopt TI’s chip CC2530 and the corresponding circuit.By collecting the meter data,the data is transmitted and processed through the wireless communication network and transmitted to the client.At the same time,the client monitors the meter data in real time.Through experiments,the system achieved the goal of easy maintenance,low power consumption and low cost,and solved the difficult problem in the cable meter reading system.The main feature of the wireless remote meter reading system is that the hierarchical structure of the system is relatively simple,the cost of erecting the cable meter reading system is greatly reduced,and the choice of wireless automatic meter reading system technology is diversified,so it is easy to maintain,low power consumption and low.The cost of the chip can effectively avoid several difficult problems in the cable meter reading system. |
