Study On Operation Cost Control Of S Highway

Highway is the lifeline of our country and the happiness line of our people.According to the statistical bulletin of 2017 national toll roads issued by the ministry of transport of China,by the end of 2017,the total mileage of toll roads nationwide was 163,700 kilometers,accounting for 3.4% of the total mileage of 4.7735 million kilometers.By the end of 2017,the total mileage of national toll roads had reached 4.7735 million kilometers,5.2 times of that at the end of 1984.Among them,the length of expressways reached 136,500 kilometers,ranking first in the world.Despite the rapid development of expressways in China,the huge number of expressways also brings huge operating expenses.In 2017 alone,China spent about 47.07 billion yuan on the maintenance of expressways.Just think,without the daily management of expressway operation enterprises as the backing,our country's many expressways cannot maintain sustainable health services,and the original intention of our country's expressway construction is also difficult to achieve.At present,many highway operating companies were once in the dilemma of unbalanced income and expenditure,and some even faced the phenomenon of bankruptcy,and then had to transfer the right of management,which is the status of most highway operating companies in China.The purpose of this paper is to use relevant theory of the cost control of the current situation of management of the highway cost control,with S highway enterprise operation management as a case,through the analysis and research of highway operation enterprise S cost control present situation,analyzing the problems existing in the enterprise S,and put forward relevant countermeasures,in order to reference for other enterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter puts forward the research background and significance of this paper,and analyzes the current research status of this paper at home and abroad.In general,how to reduce the operating cost of expressway enterprises is an important issue to be discussed in this paper.The second chapter discusses the relevant theories of cost control and combines with the cost composition and management status of Chinese expressway,analyzes the applicability of various cost control methods,and finally selects the target cost method as the main means of cost control of S expressway operating enterprises.The third chapter mainly takes the cost composition and current cost management situation of S highway operating enterprises as the entry point and conducts an in-depth analysis of the main cost composition factors of S highway operating enterprises,laying a foundation for the construction of S highway cost control system.In the fourth chapter,the main operating costs of S highway are predicted by using the method of unitary regression.The fifth chapter mainly from the organization and system aspects to further analyze how to ensure the establishment of the operation system can be reasonable operation and need to pay attention to matters;Chapter six mainly puts forward the relevant research conclusions of this paper and points out the shortcomings of the research.This article mainly S highway operation enterprise cost management present situation as the research basis,through the analysis of the cost components of the enterprise and adopt the method of monadic regression forecast S the future of expressway operating costs,and establish the related cost control system to enterprise's operation cost control provides certain ideas and reference value.
