Research On Erp Management Application With Finance As The Core Of J Construction Company

Construction enterprise is the foundational and representational industry carrier in national economy;undering vigorously advocating of building a modern newt city,its management information and systematization is coming to a head.At present,the traditional extensive management mode has become one of the bottlenecks which restrict the improvement of the operational efficiency of the enterprises in this industry,Slowing down the pace of business progress.Construction enterprises are different from the traditional manufacturing industry,the production cycle of the product is irreversible,ande the development of information technology and the current era of the new normal.As a powerful tool for the reform of the management mode of the construction industry,the rapid development of ERP information also gives new ideas to the management of construction enterprises.On the basis of referring to the domestic and foreign research literatures,the theory of management information system and enterprise resource planning theory,combined with the development and implementation of the ERP management mode of change,summed up the current the meaning and characteristics of ERP in domestic construction industry and analyzed the status of the application of ERP in the construction of our country.Through introducing the construction of the information technology in J construction company which belongs to the construction industry,further proposed the background of ERP management applications to implement;then described the financing as the core of the characteristics of J construction company to the overall planning of the ERP system designing and module selection;at the same time discussed the construction of distinctive ERP management application process with finance as the core.strengthen the capital flow?logistics flow,combined with the harmonization of accounting archives management?warehouse management?procurement management?project management and other modules in detail.At last,summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the application of ERP management which has finance as the core in the construction industry.This paper tries to research on the ERP information management application of construction industry in China,combining with the real case of J construction company to finance as the core characteristics of the ERP management application,analysising the current implementation of the ERP management application with core of the financing,Exploring the elements of experience,Summarying of existing problems and lessons learned,to provide reference for enhancing the value and core competitiveness of the construction enterprise.At the same time to promote the concept of thinking in the industry of informatization management updating,to use ERP as the management of construction enterprises in China's modern intelligent management in Optimal allocation of resources.
