| Bridge engineering often faces many problems in the design process.For example,it is difficult to synchronize the ideas of owner,design and construction at the same time in the early stage of design,and some design defects were found only in the construction stage.Introducing BIM technology into bridge engineering can help us avoid these problems in advance.It is simpler and clearer than the traditional two-dimensional drawings and easier for all parties to cooperate in the design process.It is conducive to improving the quality of bridge design,shortening the design cycle,improving the economic benefits of the project and providing a strong guarantee for the country’s economic take-off.For arch bridges,because of its complex structure and large workload,the project cycle is usually relatively long.In view of this,this study attempts to apply BIM technology to arch bridge design,analysis and optimization.At the same time,there are still some problems in the application of BIM technology to arch bridge design at this stage,such as the degree of visualization has not reached the extreme,and the three-dimensional effect presented has some limitations.Therefore,the author tries to solve these problems in order to give full play to the advantages of BIM technology in the design process and bring benefits to us.The research content of the full text summarizes the following points:1 Analyses and summarizes the basic situation of BIM,summarizes the development of BIM technology in China and even in the world,and profoundly points out the existing problems and solutions in arch bridge design in China.2 Discusses the application of BIM technology in bridge model building,design review,collision inspection and construction optimization,and expounds the advantages of BIM technology in bridge design.Research based on the Autodesk revit modeling software arch bridge,this paper introduces the basic operation of revit software,through the project example,the specific BIM technology in the arch bridge is studied in detail in the design phase for model establishment,rendering model,the application of the construction drawing,construction simulation,it is concluded that the application process and preliminary verified the feasibility and superiority of BIM technology.3 Aiming at the two problems of complex and inefficient rebar modeling and low degree of model visualization in the application of BIM technology,this paper adopts secondary development to improve plug-ins and Revit function,which improves the efficiency of rebar modeling for conventional structures;and proposes BIM+VR to immerse the whole perspective of the model and make the model more real in three-dimensional space.Real feelings.BIM + VR mode can also effectively assist construction units in safety education and training,so that BIM model can play more advantages.By solving these problems,the application of BIM technology is optimized.4 Relying on a butterfly arch bridge as an engineering example,according to the application method of BIM technology proposed in this paper,the three-dimensional forward design of the project is carried out.During the design process,two major problems are solved well by using secondary development plug-in and VR technology,which improves the design efficiency and increases the added value of the design results.Compared with the current design technology,the project has certain practical value and economic benefits. |
