Prefabricated buildings display the industrialization of modern architecture and the rise of green buildings,which has the advantages of fast construction velocity,high production efficiency,less waste of resources and environmental pollution and more industrialization becoming the trend of the construction industry in the coming days.The paper analyzed the vibration isolation of the structure by the ABAQUS and SATWE finite element software.The main process and conclusions are as follows:(1)The finite element model of beam-column joints in the isolated structure was set up through ABAQUS software to study the seismic behavior of the beam-column joints of the isolated frame,The low-cycle reversed loading experiment of thebeam end was used to carry out numerical simulation of the seismic behavior of the beam-column joint(PCJ)and moment cast joint(MCJ)respectively.The failure mode,hysteresis characteristics and energy dissipation capacity of the beam-column joint(PCJ)and the moment cast joint(MCJ)were studied according to the comparison of date.We can find that the moment cast joint has the advantage of overall performance with powerful energy dissipation capacity,making the beam-column joint ductility and recovery better.(2)The numerical model of the fabricated frame was established by SATWE software to study the seismic response of the fabricated frame by the isolation technology and analyze the isolation effect of the fabricated frame with different seismic waves by different seismic isolation techniques.The results show that with regarding to the self-vibration period,the isolation structure is longer than the non-isolated one.In terms of seismic behavior,the composite isolation structure has the advantage over the pure lead laminated rubber one.(3)The SATWE software is used to calculate the story displacement and the story shear force of the fabricated frame and at the same time,the position of the isolation layer and the horizontal stiffness of the bearing were changed.Finally,through the comparative analysis,we concluded the influence and law of the damping effect of the fabricated frame.The results show that with the increase of the isolation layer,the damping effect will be worse;and the appropriate increase of the horizontal stiffness of the isolation bearing is conducive to the improvement of the damping effect of the isolated structure.
