With the rapid growth of flight traffic throughout the country,flight delays in China have become increasingly serious.Due to flight planning and other reasons,local time and local airspace congestion have become an important reason for flight delays in China.In order to better realize the scientific and rational management of flight plans and flow,flight delays can be reduced through reasonable flight scheduling and control policy release.This paper intends to construct a flight plan Rehearsal system based on real route network to pre-demonstrate the two-day flight plan.In this way,we can know in advance the congestion situation,congestion time and flight conflicts of congested airlines in the designated area the next day,so that relevant departments can make decision on the allocation,increase air traffic and reduce flight delays.After analyzing the existing related systems,the concept of equivalent node route network model is proposed.The data of airport(terminal area)route point and route,airspace and flight plan are collected and sorted out.According to the real route coordinate information,the route and route network within a certain range of industrialization is constructed by programming software(python is used in this paper).ArcGIS software is used to import the route network data into ArcMAP to complete the route network generation based on geographical information.In order to avoid the collision of busy routes in preview reasonably,this paper first proposes a protocol-based multi-aircraft collision avoidance algorithm,deduces the multi-aircraft inaccurate collision through the conclusion of multi-aircraft precise collision,and obtains the analytical solution of multi-aircraft collision avoidance in different situations.In order to advance the flight plan rehearsal will appear in the busy route point busy time to do a good job of conflict avoidance agreement.Then,the development and design of the release system is completed in the background of the built route network,including window design,page layout,functional modules and so on.Finally,the real flight plan data are used to process and analyze,and the dynamic demonstration of a certain period of time is realized.The security of the collision avoidance algorithm and the collision avoidance protocol are verified according to the actual flight situation of statistical analysis.
