| As an important part of weapons and equipment,guns will bring great threat to people’s life and property security and social stability once they are lost unexpectedly.Ultra Wideband(UWB)is a wireless communication method that uses high speed and narrow pulse to transmit data.It has the advantages of strong penetration and high communication accuracy.Based on the UWB ranging scheme,a wireless communication system is designed and the real-time control of sentry guns is realized.In order to reduce the ranging error caused by non-Line of Sight(NLOS),a method of recognition and correction is adopted: first,the amplitude-distance model is established to identify LOS/NLOS effectively,and then BP(Back Propagation)neural network is introduced to correct the ranging error under NLOS.The simulation results show that the method can effectively improve the ranging accuracy,and an adaptive filtering method is proposed.By automatically matching the weights and processing the original data with sliding limit,the effect of jump and other outliers can be effectively eliminated.The UWB gun control system designed in this paper includes hardware parts such as beacon,base station and upper computer software platform.The beacon is placed in the gun attachment bin.It consists of STM32L151 processor,DW1000 RF transceiver chip and other peripheral circuits and batteries.The base station is fixed above the guard booth and consists of the minimum wireless communication system,the Ethernet module and the acoustooptic alarm.The base station receives the communication frame broadcasted by the standard and sends the calculated distance and other status information to the background of the system in real time.After the electronic fence is set up in the software interface,once the gun(beacon)crosses the fence area,the base station will alarm immediately.Firstly,an experimental platform is built to validate the functions of hardware communication,ranging and software human-computer interaction.Then,in the outdoor scenarios such as playground and teaching building,the functions of the system’s longest communication distance,gun off-position alarm and running time are tested.The test results show that the UWB communication system designed in this paper can keep the ranging error within 30 cm in multi-scene,and can control the sentry guns in real-time and dynamically for a long time. |
