The Application Of Traditional Culture Elements In The Design Of Residence

As the most popular form of accommodation in the contemporary era,residential accommodation has its own unique design connotation.It is also a unique type of architecture in China.It is different from ordinary hotel and brings unique living experience to tourists.At the same time,as a unique art and culture in China,traditional cultural elements should not be forgotten by people.It is necessary to promote and apply traditional cultural elements.This paper will build a bridge between traditional cultural elements and popular residential buildings in design.The paper also analyses the development process of Chinese residential buildings from ancient times to present,studies the elements of Chinese traditional culture in each stage,and explores how to combine the elements of traditional culture with modern design skillfully on the basis of the theory of experts and scholars,and how to highlight the local residential style in the design.In the first part of this paper,through collating the literature and field investigation,the author analyses the background and development status of the topic,and puts forward the design problems that should be solved at present.The second part is the analysis of the application of traditional Chinese cultural elements in the history of architectural development.The author find out the key points of the development of residential design from ancient times to present,and the combination of Chinese and Western;the third part is the combination of residential construction.This paper discusses the application of traditional cultural elements in site layout,architecture,interior and landscape.From the whole to the part,it gives full play to the advantages of traditional cultural elements,unifies and comprehensively puts forward the author's unique thinking on the design of residential accommodation and summarizes the examples of residential accommodation.In the fourth part,the author discuss the inheritance and development on special biography of residential accommodation in some areas of Huizhou through in-depth field investigation.
