| In this paper,a certain type of electromagnetic gun is taken as the research object.According to the design index of the electromagnetic gun’s loader and the existing technical basis of the laboratory,the overall scheme of the chain-type bomb is proposed,and the calculation and analysis of each sub-system are carried out.The three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks was used to establish the three-dimensional structure model of the chain loader,which visually showed the various components and overall layout of the overall scheme.Through theoretical analysis,the key problems of the chain conveyor are studied.The problem of the stability of the chain of the chain in the case of a large amount of chain extension and a large loader in the chain transfer train is analyzed.The problem of the huge friction force generated by the roller and the guide rail of the roller of the chain loader when the meshing with the sprocket is solved.Through the theoretical analysis plus ANSYS finite element analysis,the strength of the important parts of the chain loader was checked.By establishing the relationship between the various parameters of the chain drive,on the basis of meeting the requirements of the sprocket strength and the chain pitch requirements,various sch emes of the chain loader are established,and the weight and chain speed unevenness coefficient of each scheme are analyzed.The best solution is obtained using a linear weighted summation method.Using Simulink and RecurDyn to jointly simulate the best scheme of the chain conveyor,the motion law and force of the projectile during the projectile are analyzed.In this paper,based on the large thrust and large stroke of the electromagnetic gun,the scheme analysis of the chain loader is carried out,and the parameters are optimized and the results are obtained.It provides a reliable theoretical basis for the development of the prototype.It also provides a reference for the design and optimization of heavy transmission chains. |
