The researches on tenuous metallic conduit’s propellant at home and abroad arerare at present, the conventional charge technology cannot satisfy the require of tenuousmetallic conduit’s propellant. Therefore, the automatic charging technology that is takenof right now is based on vibratory impulse which is developed from manual chargingcraft. The research and implementation of automatic charging system’s key technologyare about to apply the prior knowledge of manual charging into automatic chargingprocess furthest, and at the same time, it can improve the quality and efficiency ofautomatic charging. Hence, this issue is going to research on the key technology ofautomatic charging system, design the automatic charging control craft parametersoptimally, and design a set of automatic charging control system which can realize theparameter’s optimization.In allusion to the functional requirements of automatic charging system, this paperdesigns the automatic charging control system’s overall architecture, it adopts thefieldbus topological structure to realize the control of several charging equipment byonly one controller. In allusion to the need of automatic charging system’s laying-offstatus recognition, tamping status recognition, this paper designs the hardware structureof laying-off detection and tamping status detection, at the same time, the detectiveparameters are classified using data mining classification arithmetic in order to get thereal-time automatic charging process’s states which are based on detective parameters.Contrapose the difficulty of charging drug’s modeling during automatic chargingprocess, this paper uses the experimental method to optimize the tamping craftparameter offline. Using the multi-modal control method of human-simulated intelligentcontrol to optimize the automatic charging parameters online considering of thecharacteristics of automatic charging process.To sum up the above, the main design content of this paper which is in allusion tothe automatic charging system is as follows: Adopting the field-bus topology pattern torealize the control of several charging equipment by one controller; Making the use ofdata mining classification arithmetic to classify the detective parameters of automaticcharging process in order to get the current state of automatic charging; Using themulti-modal control method of human-simulated intelligent control to optimize theautomatic charging parameters online based on recognized automatic charging states.
