Under the great measures of the state to promote the construction of a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society,building energy conservation and housing industrialization have become the subject of widespread concern of many scholars.The heat loss caused by the external wall is about half of the total heat loss of the surrounding structure,and the material and structure of the traditional light-steel frame concrete shear wall structure system need to be optimized.In view of the above situation,based on the traditional light steel frame concrete shear wall,this paper puts forward a kind of m-type light steel wall scheme which realizes the integration of heat preservation and structure,and carries on the optimization design to the shear wall construction and structure structure,at the same time,introduces the mechanical properties of the wall and analyzes and calculates the thermal properties of the wall.The research results are as follows:(1)through the research in the north market industrialization residential structure system,the type of insulation materials,design and construction practice,and combined with national relevant specification,the wall heat preservation building structure,the structure optimization design,study and M type wall thermal insulation system construction process and points of light steel wall frame,simplifies the wall construction process,improve the service life of the wall,and use the production softwares 3 dmax software simulation to produce the single side wall and the wall between the stitching process.(2)thermal insulation material tongue-and-groove way,USES the ANSYS thermal analysis software of CFD wall under the condition of steady state heat transfer in heat flow and temperature distribution are simulated and analyzed the impact of the structure on the wall heat preservation performance,the results show that the tongue-and-groove stitching,can effectively reduce the heat flow value,heat preservation material joining together and reduce the size of the wall heat transfer coefficient.In addition,the adoption of new bar anchoring in the form of heat preservation material,and ANSYS CFD simulation,the results show that with ordinary anchorage,the anchoring way can reduce the wall heat transfer coefficient and metope does not appear cold bridge phenomenon,compared with the unused heat preservation nail anchor walls,the heat transfer coefficient difference is very small can be neglected,and does not affect the wall heat preservation effect.(3)ANSYS CFD thermal analysis software was used to simulate three working conditions of the spliced insulation board.Three sets of thermal parameters of insulation materials were obtained by using Fourier law,and applied to the influence of the wall on the indoor thermal and wet environment.(4)for the northern region,the life cycle cost method is adopted to optimize the thickness of the insulation layer,and the economic thickness is about 70mm-90mm.In conclusion,this paper provides reference and basis for the energy saving design,structural atlas and application and promotion of m-type light steel shear wall in cold regions in north China.Figure[83]table[14]reference[49]...
