With the rapid development of China's economy,higher safety and efficiency requirements are put forward for the construction and operation of power system.To ensure the safety of power system dispatching and control,the safety of substation operation should be guaranteed first.It is the most important step to avoid misoperation in substation running process,switching operation is one of the most important operations in substation daily running,so the success or failure of switching operation can influence safe running of whole power system directly.However,the substation traditional switching operation's intelligence level is not high enough and risk of misoperation is big,even many intelligent substations which have automatic control system and sequential control module can not fully achieve unmanned operation,it is due to the success rate of intelligent equipment in modern substations recognize isolating switch and circuit breaker statement can not meet the demands.This paper discusses the solution about this problem,suggests by using image recognition technology to recognize switch statement,and feed recognize result back to sequential control module in substation automatic system to achieve One-key sequential control.This paper first describes the study background,at the same time by the introduction of four aspects include intelligent substation,substation switching operation,sequential control operation and image recognition,step by step to lure out the main subject.Chapter two dicusses substation One-key sequential control,by studying the limitations of electric signal and position signal recognize switch statement in traditional sequential control operation,suggests a plan that using image recognition technology to replace human interaction based on formal set,and achieve One-key sequential control.In the third chapter this paper studies the recognition towards electric equipments statement images at first,by some process methods such as binary process,image smoothed denoising and feature analysis to recognize isolating switch and circuit breaker flipping plate results,and automatically control switches according to recognition results,meanwhile carries out actual running test,compare and analyze the test result with traditional recognize result which only uses electric signal and position signal,proves the practicability of this technology,to achieve One-key sequential control.In the fourth chapter of this paper,it suggests theimprovement plan for intelligent substation One-key sequential control,describes the process of One-key sequential control programmed operation,and put it into actual application in engineering field,take part in 110 kV Xinhe substation one-key sequential control approvemsent.After the equipments deploy in image recognition system and system connection,runs tests for One-key sequential control switching operation,to verify the efficiency and practicability of this study.The study from the practical problems in the current intelligent substation automation control system,proposes solutions based on image recognition technology,and demonstrated in Xinhe substation actual renovation project,which improves the reliability of One-key sequential control.Figure [46] table [2] reference [51]...
