Studies On Present Situation And Future Design Strategy Of Roof Greening Construction In Beijing

With the rapid expansion of Beijing urban area,its road forest continues to extend,cement surface continues to expand,there are green space phase reduction,lack of green problems.On the one hand,a dramatic thermal radiation of many buildings in the urban area,coupled with high car ownership in Beijing,provincial service facilities and a large number of transit vehicles exhaust discharge,high heat,heat absorption materials of buildings and roads and building block the flow of wind,the rise of accumulation of heat environment in Beijing,the grim situation of urban ecological environment,the central city heat island effect significantly;On the other hand,the land occupied by buildings and covered by high-rise buildings cannot absorb and store solar heat energy,leading to the rise of ground temperature and the shortage of land atmosphere,which not only affects the growth of plants,but also becomes colder and colder in winter and spring.Roof greening is one of the important measures to alleviate the adverse impact of the shortage of greening on the urban area of Beijing,to alleviate the heat island effect of the city,to build a livable urban environment and to improve the amount of green in the urban area.This research in Beijing urban area roof greening as the main research object,using literature analysis,case analysis,field investigation method,interview method and comparative research methods,such as in Beijing urban area roof greening development present situation,influence factors and the development pattern and so on has carried on the comprehensive investigation and analysis,the results are as follows:Taking the roof greening of Beijing urban area as the main research object,a multi-directional investigation and analysis were made on the present situation,influencing factors and development pattern of roof greening in Beijing city by means of literature analysis method,case analysis method,field investigation method,interview method and comparative research method,and the following research results were obtained as fellows:1.By the literature analysis method,the main development context,classification,benefit and pace category of roof greening were combed,and the understanding of roof greening was deepened.2.By the case analysis method,the representative typical cases of urban roof greening in foreign countries were studied in detail,and the train of thought mode of roof greening development was summarized,which provided a reference for the development and construction of roof greening in Beijing.3.By the field investigation method,the development of roof greening in Beijing so far,investigated the present situation of roof greening in Beijing were combed,and probed into the historical context,policy orientation and management mode of roof greening construction in Beijing area.4.By the interview method,the relevant stakeholders(government departments,landscaping companies,property companies,real estate developers,community residents.etc.)were interviewed to obtain first-hand information.According to the needs of Beijing citizens for roof greening,a feasible roof greening model was established.5.By the method of comparative study,the development of roof greening in different countries,the advanced experience in management were compared,and combined with the current development process of roof greening in Beijing,the existing problems were analyzed and summarized.Through the analysis and conclusion of the above researches,a set of roof greening design scheme was finally put,which was suitable for Beijing area,had strong feasibility and good landscape effect,and provided a reference for the construction of the roof greening in the city of Beijing.At the same time,people’s understanding of roof greening should be promoted,which is more comprehensive,reasonable and full of artistic sensibility,in order to accelerate the construction and promotion of roof greening in our country.
