With the rapid development of modern social economy,bridge engineering plays an important role in promoting.In contrast,the damage of bridges in earthquake will cause huge losses,and the research of bridge isolation technology has become an important subject.In order to make the bridge simulation more accurate and simple,the multi-scale bridge modeling technology is more and more widely used.This paper introduces the development of bridge multi-scale modeling technology and bridge isolation research technology,summarizes the research results of all walks of life at home and abroad,and lays the groundwork for the next research.(1)The multi-scale model of reinforced concrete hollow rectangular pier is established by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The multi-scale model of pier consists of fine element model and macro element model.The appropriate element type and material constitutive model are selected from the element material library of the software,and the fine element part of the multi-scale model is established.By using the subroutine method,a suitable material constitutive model is selected for the macro-element.(2)In this paper,five multi-scale models of piers with different length ratios are established according to the differences of the length of the fine element part and the macro element part.and the seismic response of five solid elements and beam elements in elastic and elasto-plastic phases is analyzed.The accuracy and efficiency of the multi-scale model are studied from the aspects of pier relative displacement and relative acceleration,and the most reasonable multi-scale model is determined.(3)The multi-scale model is added to the bridge structure,the multi-scale model of the bridge structure is established,and the isolation bearing with damper is added to the structure.The seismic isolation effect of the isolation bearing on the bridge is studied emphatically.The damping effect of the damper installed in different positions and combined with the bearing on the bridge is studied,and the optimal installation position of the damper is determined.
