In recent years,large space buildings with complex space structures are constantly appearing.When large space building fire occurs,it is quite different from ordinary building fire.The impact of large space building fires on buildings is more complex,resulting in more serious economic losses.Large space building is very regional and stratified.Combining with a fire example of a large three-dimensional warehouse,this paper simulates the warehouse fire with PyroSim to obtain the temperature curve and analyses the mechanical properties of the pre-stressed concrete double-T slabs used in the warehouse to obtain relevant data for reinforcement design.The related research of this large space warehouse can provide reference for similar projects.The main contents of this paper include:(1)This paper introduces the research status of large space building fire and reinforced concrete members under high temperature and after fire at home and abroad.(2)The temperature of large space warehouse in case of fire is judged.The situation of warehouse after fire is described.Judging the highest fire temperature of roof slab concrete after fire according to its appearance characteristics and according to the highest temperature the temperature region is divided.The burning damage rating of roof slabs in different temperature zones is carried out to determine the components that need to be analyzed by finite element method.(3)Fire field simulation software PyroSim is used to simulate the fire field of large space warehouse.The spatial model of warehouse is built in PyroSim,a fire simulation software,and FDS analysis is carried out.The air temperature curve of warehouse and the fire development process of warehouse are obtained.The accuracy and reliability of fire simulation results are proved by comparing with the situation of warehouse after fire.(4)The mechanical properties of double T-plate in the process of fire are analyzed.The temperature rise and fall curve of air obtained from FDS simulation of large space warehouse fire field is applied to ABAQUS for finite element analysis of roof slab(pre-stressed concrete double T slab)to obtain the temperature distribution inside the double T-plate.According tothe internal temperature field of double T-plate,thermal-mechanical coupling analysis is carried out.We get the stress and deflection of concrete and steel bar under normal load at room temperature,fire and after fire.At present,most of the research on building fire in China is based on ISO834 standard temperature rise and fall curve.The finite element analysis results of components in FDS simulated fire environment and ISO834 fire environment are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that it is more appropriate to use the results obtained from FDS fire simulation as the data for subsequent reinforcement design.
