| After building fire,the harm of smoke to people is the major and fatal factor.The research about traditional large-span warehouse fire are based on the knowledge of the theoretical level of fire prevention,as well as the summary of experience in similar building fire.The previous research are lack of systematicness,and their conclusion are lack of strong arguments.In this paper,smoke spread of large-span warehouse fire is investigated via numerical simulation,by taking Shaanxi Unified Enterprise Co.,Ltd.,a local key fire safety unit,as an example.The FDS fire simulation software is employed to simulate the fire in the long-span warehouse of the company,the comparison between natural smoke exhaust and mechanical smoke exhaust,the open and closed state of the fire shutter door,and the different fire source position,the distribution of temperature,CO concentration and visibility of fire smoke are comparative studied.The closure of the fire shutter can effectively stop the spread of fire smoke,but it will also cause the increase of the temperature and decrease of the visibility in some areas.In particular,when the fire point is located in the center of the Fire Zone B,the visibility and temperature index of the East and West exit are beyond the safety index range,people cannot evacuate.When the fire is broke out,the temperature and visibility of the fire smoke are the main factors that affecting the safety of people.The best time for evacuation should be within 300 seconds.After 900s,the visibility and temperature of some exits are beyond the safe range,so evacuation could not be used.The study of smoke spreading pattern of large-span warehouse fire will provide reference for fire prevention,guiding the evacuation after a fire. |
