Now we have stepped into DT(Data Technology)era from IT(Internet Technology)era.The development of new technologies is represented by artificial intelligence,and data is the basis of artificial intelligence.These technologies have penetrated into every aspect of people's lives.Whether shopping,traveling or dining,a large number of user data will be generated.The development of technology not only affects people's lives,but also drives the design of products,especially the development of big data,which is of great significance for promoting product innovation design.In general,a large amount of data is generated throughout the life cycle of a product,which is the foundation of product design.The data-driven design innovation is based on the existing technology,through mining the value of massive data,guiding the product design process,and improving the work efficiency to provide users with more personalized and targeted services.This paper first conducts in-depth research on the basic theories of data-driven and product innovation design,and then carry out further research work on this basis.The main work of the whole paper is as follows:(1)In the context of the big data era,this paper studies the research significance of this topic from the perspective of theory and practice,and combines product innovation and data-driven research status at home and abroad to identify the arguments of this topic,predict difficulties,break through innovation,clear up ideas,and build basics frame.(2)Analyze the concept and development of product data,and study the idea and framework of data-driven product design,to propose a data-driven design model and a method of processing data by comparing traditional design methods.(3)Continue to deepen the model of data-driven product innovation.Drawing on the idea of intelligent design,the basis of data-driven product innovation is determined.Based onthe Python platform,the algorithm research of the model is deeply developed,the data is crawled using the web crawler technology,the model is trained,the model intelligence is driven,and the model is iteratively optimized.(4)Based on the data-driven model constructed above,the baby insulation bowl is taken as an example to test the feasibility of the model and improve stability.(5)Summarizing the research process and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the new method.To propose the opinion on the future direction of development.
