Application Research Of Text Analysis In Planning Public Participation

Text analysis technology is increasingly applied in the context of the information age,such as web,medical,engineering and intelligence collection.Driven by big data,text analysis technology has ushered in new opportunities due to the massive text data on the Internet.In recent years,the government has issued relevant policies to promote the application and development of big data,which indirectly promotes the development of text analysis technology.However,up to now,the application of text analysis technology in the field of urban planning is still insufficient,especially in the application of public participation in urban planning.In this paper,through the text analysis application technology operation process construction,to expand the urban planning analysis technology method system and improve the path and method of public participation.Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,according to the organizational needs of public participation,this paper puts forward the operation process of text analysis technology and takes Jinan development strategy planning as an example.This paper will be conducted from two aspects: The analysis of Jinan urban problem and development vision.The data were obtained through network crawling and questionnaire filling,and the information characteristics implied in mass texts were summarized by word frequency statistics,semantic network,entity extraction and emotion analysis,and Suggestions for improvement were put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:The application technical process constructed in this paper is as follows: text data collection,text data preprocessing,text data analysis,visual presentation and interpretation of analysis results,verification of analysis results and conclusion.It is applicable to the preliminary stage of urban planning and the modification stage of planning scheme,including the consultation on the formulation of the plan in the formulation stage and the consultation on the modification of the plan in the modification stage.The main forms of participation are large-scale questionnaires(online and offline)and mayor's hotline.In the analysis of the urban problems in Jinan,the citizens have the most responses to the ecological environment,followed by the landscape,the third is the road traffic,the fourth is the quality of living,and the last is the supporting facilities.The main problems include: illegal construction,housing quality,public rental housing,property management,construction disturbance,noise pollution,noise pollution,garbage piling,etc.At the same time,in terms of emotional analysis,citizens have strong "dissatisfaction" with the current situation of urban development and construction in Jinan.In terms of space,Lixia district has the most problems,followed by Licheng district and Shizhong district,which rank second and third respectively.Pingyin county,Jiyang district and Shanghe county have the least problems.In the analysis of Jinan's urban development vision text,the most embarrassing for the future development of Jinan is the “lifestyle” vision,followed by the “ecological class”,the third is the “characteristic class” vision,and finally the “production class” vision.The vision of “livable” has shown the highest appeal,and the expressions of “ecology” and “harmony” are also strongly expressed.In the emotional analysis,Jinan citizens are full of expectations for the development of the city,“good” and “le” "Emotions occupy the main body;the expectations of Jinan's future urban development are high.The public thinks that Jinan should first establish a foothold in Shandong,then catch up with Qingdao,and finally connect with the international community,and make Jinan a national central city or even a first-class international."This paper creatively applies text analysis technology to the public participation research process,and the text analysis application technology operation process not only effectively solves the problem of massive data analysis,but also fills the blank of text analysis method in planning public participation.The operational process of the construction was applied to the study of public participation in Jinan Urban Development Strategy Planning.Finally,the main problems in the process of Jinan urban development and construction reflected by the citizens in 2017 were discovered,and the main types of citizens' vision for future development of Jinan were obtained..These analysis conclusions provide a reliable reference for the preparation of Jinan urban development strategic planning.
