Investigation On Organic Renewal Strategy Of Chongqing Tourism Development Characteristic Towns

Recent years,the rapid development of urbanization and the strategy of "rural revitalization" put forward require small towns to improve their own development quality,balance the gap between cities and villages,thus promoting regional linkage development.Under this background,the strategic choice made by the state for small towns is the transformation and upgrading of the construction mode of small towns under the new conditions.However,due to the excessive,rapid and overheated enthusiasm for development driven by the policy,which is divorced from the reality,for small towns,it is a "seedling-supporting" renewal mode,which causes various problems in the cultivation process of small towns with characteristics,and seriously affects the health and sustainable development of small towns.Based on Chongqing,this paper takes small towns with tourism development characteristics,which account for a large proportion,as the research object.Through the analysis and study of the problems faced in the process of renewal,such as the destruction of ecological environment,the lack of urban characteristics,the fluctuation of tourism cycle,the hidden danger of population return,the lack of infrastructure,the interference between tourists and residents,and the low dynamic circulation rate of human flow,etc.,the organic renewal is carried out.From the point of view,the corresponding strategies to solve the problems are put forward,which are realized through literature research,field research,quantitative research and case study.At the same time,on the basis of the existing research,the rationality and feasibility of the organic renewal strategy of Chongqing tourism development-oriented small towns are tested in practice.This paper is based on the basic logic of "discovering problems-raising problems-solving problems",which can be divided into the following parts:(1)The origin of research,that is,the introduction of the paper.This paper expounds the prominent problems of small towns with tourism development characteristics in Chongqing under the mode of high-speed development,and realizes the transformation of small towns from "more and more" to "refined and beautiful" has become an important issue of concern in the field of construction.Organic renewal is a gradual,small-scale and sustainable renewal mode,which provides new ideas and new methods for the study of small town construction.In this paper,Chongqing tourism development-oriented small towns as the research object,through the definition of relevant concepts,literature review and so on to determine the purpose of the study,content and basic methods,to build a research framework.(2)Theoretical perspective,which is the main content of Chapter II of this paper.This paper expounds the connotation and principles of organic renewal of small towns with special features and the differences from traditional renewal modes.Firstly,the sustainable development theory is regarded as the starting point of the research perspective,combining with the scientific theory of human settlements environment,urban repair theory,place spirit theory and organic renewal theory,forming the basic research theory of the connotation and principles of organic renewal of characteristic small towns;secondly,introducing the spatial syntax theory as a methodology and applying it to organic renewal of characteristic small towns.They have jointly formed a theoretical system of organic renewal of small towns with characteristics.(3)Questions raised,that is,the main content of Chapter III of the paper.Firstly,the basic characteristics of small towns with tourism development characteristics in Chongqing are summarized from three aspects: natural conditions,spatial form and tourism resources.Then,from the application of spatial syntax and field research,this paper interprets the problems existing in the current situation of Chongqing’s tourism development-oriented small towns by combining quantitative and qualitative methods,and further discusses the causes of the problems.(4)Strategic design,which is the main content of the fourth chapter of the paper.Firstly,according to the different classifications of tourism resources and industries,this paper chooses Hezhang Village in Baichuan Township,Japan,Gubeishui Town in Miyun County,Beijing and Lijiang Town in Yunnan Province as typical successful cases to study and analyze their strategies and means in the process of renewal.According to the problems mentioned above,this paper designs the organic renewal strategy of Chongqing’s small towns with tourism development characteristics from six aspects: space optimization,environmental restoration,feature shaping,industrial cycle,humanistic revival and planning management.(5)Empirical research,which is the main content of the fifth chapter of this paper.This paper chooses the urban design case of Bajiao Town,Heishan Town,Wanshengjing Kai District,Chongqing City,which combines theory with practice,and tests the rationality and feasibility of the design strategy proposed in the paper in the specific practical application.
