The expressway is the infrastructure of the country’s economic development,and therefore plays a pivotal role in the national economic construction.In view of the fact that the country is still in the context of improving the traffic network system,it is imperative to speed up the construction of expressways.Highway is also a system engineering with extensive influence,especially the highway as the main cornerstone of regional economic development,which has far-reaching impact on the natural ecological,social and economic environment along the route.China’s mountainous area accounts for 69% of all land area.It is precisely because of the large number of these mountainous areas that China’s landform has become more abundant,which not only aggravates the complexity of China’s highway construction,but also increases the speciality of construction.It also makes the economic development of the society unbalanced and difficult.In particular,the mountainous areas in the northern part of the Weibei area are dominated by hills,terraces and low-mountain landforms,which make the layout of mountainous highways in the northern part of Fujian Province facing great challenges.It is very prone to unbalanced filling and excavation,and there are a large number of Abandon or debit.In addition,there are many forests along the route of the project,and there are many green plants.The construction of the project will inevitably cause scale damage to the vegetation along the line,which will lead to the imbalance of ecological greening and cause serious environmental damage.Therefore,the situation is more diverse for the route layout of expressways in the northern mountainous area of southern Fujian,covering not only the technical and economic aspects,but also the social environment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to establish a set of practical and feasible decision-making methods through scientific index selection.As far as the Weibei area is concerned,by studying the rationality of the selection of evaluation indicators,we will conduct a comprehensive selection of the necessary methods for each route plan,so that we can choose the best route layout plan in the early stage of highway construction.Significant.This paper firstly sorts out and summarizes relevant researches on highway route layout at home and abroad.Firstly,it sorts out the geographical features and economic characteristics of the topography and geomorphology of the northern mountainous area of southern Fujian.It elaborates and analyzes the related concepts such as the principle of the general plain micro-hill road selection and the principle of highway selection in the Weibei mountainous area in southern Anhui.The highway route layout in the northern mountainous area of Weinan is carried out as a whole,and the system is comprehensively studied.Then based on the current national standards,a detailed analysis of the highway route layout in the Weibei Mountain area of southern Anhui was made,and the layout plan of the expressway route in the Weibei Mountain area of southern Anhui was analyzed and evaluated.Through the research,the evaluation index system of the highway route layout plan of the Weibei Mountain area in southern Anhui was established,so as to establish a comprehensive comparison method and corresponding mathematical model for the highway route layout plan of the Weibei Mountain area in southern Anhui,and use the Weinan Yubei Expressway(As an example of empirical analysis,the Chongqing section first analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the route layout of the project,and then forms different schemes through mathematical models,systems and indicators,and evaluates the proposed scheme objectively through evaluation methods.Form a recommendation. |
