For the construction of hydropower stations,the proportion of investment in relocation projects in the reservoir area,especially in the reservoir area,has increased year by year.The construction period has a greater impact on the entire power plant construction cycle.In addition,the reconstruction of highways in the reservoir area is also of great significance for the improvement of local road networks and the promotion of local economic development.It has become an important manifestation of the comprehensive benefits of hydropower development.Therefore,it is necessary to do a special study on the layout of the key issues of the road reconstruction of the hydropower station reservoir area to meet the needs of hydropower station development,infrastructure construction in the reservoir area,and economic development in the reservoir area.This article takes the rehabilitation highway in the reservoir area as the research object,and focuses on the influencing factors of the route plan determination for the rebuilt highway in the reservoir area.Taking the actual project of Ludila hydropower station as an example,combined with the investigation of the topography,geology and social conditions of the reservoir area,the reconstruction scope,grade standards,and influencing factors of the route plan for the reconstruction of the hydropower station reservoir area were analyzed in detail.A method for determining the rehabilitation scope based on the normal water level and the principle of rehabilitation of the Sanyuan River was proposed,as well as a method for determining the level of the highway facing the needs of the upstream power station.The influence of special terrain,adverse geology and resettlement on the route plan was studied.The principles,methods,and specific steps for the selection of the route for the reconstruction of highways in the reservoir area were discussed.
