With the rapid development of science technology and economic society,more and more owners participate in the investment of photovoltaic projects.The increasingly fierce market competition and the declining adjustment of electricity price subsidies have led to great competition pressures for various owners,especially in large-scale PV projects.Whether the PV project can be completed on time is directly related to the project's income,and the project cannot be put into operation on time,causing losses to the owner.In order to effectively improve the ability and level of the owner's progress management,and gradually enhance the competitiveness of the company in the market,we spread the building integrated photovoltaic technology,and require the owner and the general contractor to use BIM technology.Based on the KJ BIPV project of SQ Company,this paper analyses and summarizes the practical experience of project schedule management.This paper studies the importance of strengthening progress management in the implementation phase of the project,analyses a series of problems in BIPV project progress management,and proposes corresponding solutions to these problems.,hoping to provide reference for construction managers.Firstly,referring to a large number of relevant literatures,this paper collates and summarizes the related project schedule management and the application of BIM technology in the electrical engineering design and construction stage,and collates and analyses the related data of SQ company's KJ project.In the process of project construction,research the general contractor used the BIM technology to carry out the design and construction schedule management of BIPV,and proposed the measures to improve ability of the progress management.On the one hand,the owner proposes general contractor to use BIM to ensure that the organizational structure is fully applicable to the specific project,improve the internal progress management system of itself.Ensure that all functional departments and organizations could communicate timely for the reasonable limited resources assigned.On the other hand,at the project site,the general contractor should adopt advanced construction techniques and formulate a detailed construction plan before the start of the construction period.Finally,it summarizes and forecasts the enhancement of the owner's progress management ability:BIPV project can be designed and constructed comprehensively and quickly through Project software combined with BIM technology,and then improve the communication efficiency with the general contractor to ensure the construction efficiency,ensure that the project can be put into operation on time.However,the application of BIM technology in the whole project progress management is not sufficient and mature,and further research is needed in the follow-up.
