The semi-rigid base layer is characterized by high strength,good durability,and low price.It is widely used in highway road construction projects in China and is still in use today.Over the years,China's road construction has achieved brilliant results and faced many problems.With the increase of traffic axle load and traffic volume,the requirements for pavement base performance have been continuously improved.The uniformity of the mixture usually has better performance.Based on the basic properties of the semi-rigid base material,this paper will improve the uniformity of the material by improving the mixing process of the semi-rigid base material while ensuring the economic advantages of the semi-rigid base layer.Sexuality ultimately improves the overall performance of the material.Based on the rheological theory,this paper studies the cement stabilized macadam material,and controls the consistency of the cement slurry by changing the feeding sequence to ensure that the material can be in a good wetting state and the degree of wrap during the mixing process,so that the mixture can be evenly distributed,improve and improve the material properties.In addition,the interface of the mixture was studied,the interface was divided into different interface types,and the influence of the transition region of the mixture interface on the performance of the mixture was investigated.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the sequential mixing technology was proved to improve the cement stabilized macadam.In order to more fully prove the influence of the research on the materials,two different mixing methods were used to make the test pieces,and the performances of different ages and different cement dosages were compared.The test mainly includes unconfined compressive strength test,splitting test,uniaxial compression modulus test,dry shrinkage test,temperature shrinkage test,etc.,and relies on a certain section of theexpressway to carry out practical engineering application,the effect is obvious..Through research,it is found that the sequential mixing method can greatly change the flow state of the mixture during the short-time stirring process,so that the mixture is uniform and the road performance of the mixture is improved.The comparison shows that the compressive strength increases by 7.7%~27.1%,the water content decreased by 10.0%~17.0%,the splitting strength increased stably,the splitting strength increased by 12.2%,and the dry shrinkage factor of the beam specimen was reduced by 18.6%.Under the same environment,the shrinkage coefficient of the cylindrical specimen decreased 14.4%.In addition,the sequential mixing technology has little impact on the construction process in the actual engineering application,the equipment transformation cost is low,and the sensitivity to the cleaning degree of the aggregate is low,which is suitable for promotion.
