With the rapid development of aerospace industry in the world,the demand for electromagnetic valve is also increasing day by day.Electromagnetic mechanism for aviation valve is an important part of the electromagnetic valve for aviation,and its performance directly affects the performance of the whole solenoid valve.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop the design and research of the electromagnetic mechanism for aviation valve.In this thesis,according to the specific technical index of the electromagnetic mechanism for aviation valve and its special requirements for miniaturization,the preliminary design of the electromagnetic mechanism was completed by the improved calculation method firstly.In order to minimized the volume of the designed electromagnetic mechanism,the mathematical model of the electromagnetic mechanism to be optimized was established,and then the volume optimization of the initially designed electromagnetic mechanism was carried out by using the grid search method.In order to better analyze the static suction and dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic mechanism,a two-dimensional simulation model of the electromagnetic mechanism was established in the finite element software.The electromagnetic suction of electromagnetic mechanism was checked by static magnetic field simulation,and the influence of structural parameters such as the length of the moving core,the length and angle of the magnetic isolation ring on the electromagnetic attraction were analyzed.By means of transient magnetic field analysis,the dynamic curves of displacement,velocity,suction and coil current of the moving core in the process of absorption and release of the electromagnetic mechanism were obtained.The three-dimensional model of the electromagnetic mechanism was established by using the ANSYS Workbench finite element software,and the electromagnetic-thermal coupling simulation was carried out to verify whether the temperature rise of the electromagnetic mechanism was within the limit allowable temperature rise range at 150°C and-40°C.Based on the theoretical design and simulation analysis of the electromagnetic mechanism,the prototype of the electromagnetic mechanism was fabricated.The electromagnetic mechanism was tested by suction test and temperature rise test with the help of force tester,temperature test chamber,adjustable DC voltage source,multimeter and other test instruments.By the comparison and analysis,the experimental results were basically consistent with the simulation results,and the feasibility of electromagnetic mechanism design was verified.It provided a reference for the design and characteristic research of electromagnetic mechanism for the aviation valve,and had certain theoretical value and practical significance.
