In this thesis,the high-speed railway 60kg/m-18 turnout is taken as the research object.Through the literature review and on-site investigation,the common damages of the high-speed railway turnout rail are summarized and analyzed.The most effective way to rectify the disease is to polish the rail.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,the basic form of high-speed turnout damage is studied and its causes are analyzed.In this paper,the damage of high-speed ballast rail is summarized as fish scale and fat edge,uneven wear,poor light band,fatigue crack,and flatness of weld seam.Through the research on the cause of disease,the treatment measures for specific diseases are proposed.Secondly,the key sections and profiles of the high-speed ballast were studied,and the grinding process and process of different parts of the ballast were obtained.According to the concept of grinding in the turnout area,the rails in the turnout area are divided into three areas,and the method of sharpening the rails and the basic rails,the guide curves and the forks is proposed.At the same time,according to the development trend of rail disease,the factors affecting the grinding cycle are analyzed.It is believed that the repairing grinding according to the remediation limit of the disease can eliminate the rail disease and extend the life of the rail in time,but the best method is preventive grinding.Based on the practice of grinding,the on-site repair of the upper and movable heart-rail diseases was carried out.Through the elimination of rail disease and dynamic and static data analysis,the feasibility and operability of the grinding process were verified.After the rail is polished,all X corresponding values meet the requirements and the zone and range of the light strip.Finally,the work of this thesis is summarized,and the conclusions and prospects of this paper are given.The reduction of the tip rail relative to the basic rail and the core rail relative to the wing rail requires the study of more intelligent repair equipment to form the specialized grinding process and quality standards.The research on the key sections and combined profiles of high-speed turnouts needs to be deeper.At the same time,the recommendations on the acceptance criteria proposed in this paper need to be further modified and improved in combination with the actual production.
