With the consumption of non-renewable energy sources such as raw coal and oil exhau sted,solar energy has gradually drawn people's attention due to its abundant reserves,conven ient use and nearly zero pollution.At present,photovoltaic power generation is used for phot ovoltaic conversion of solar energy.However,the nature of photovoltaic cell array determine s its conversion efficiency.It is of great significance to improve the stability and output powe r of power generation system to study the output variation rule of photovoltaic array and explo re the maximum power point tracking method under different conditions.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic,and introduces the research status of photovoltaic array topology and photovoltaic power generation system at present stage,and summarizes development status of the domestic and international ph otovoltaic industry.The main circuit topology is selected,the working principle of pho tovoltaic cells is expounded and its equivalent model is simplified,and the photovoltai c power generation system is classified.Secondly,the simulation introduces several comm on tracking methods of maximum power point,and introduces hybrid ant colony algorithm an d particle swarm algorithm on the basis of traditional perturbation observation method,and im proves them according to their own characteristics.Photovoltaic solar array according to unifo rm illumination and partial shadow facing two main situations,with different algorithm is pro posed for different situation to choose type algorithm optimization strategy,namely in under t he condition of uniform illumination is proposed based on hybrid ant colony algorithm optimi zation strategy,under the condition of shadow,because the output present a multimodal featur es,is proposed based on improved particle swarm algorithm of partial shadow optimization st rategy.Finally,by means of the simulation system Matlab/Simulink,according to the proposed t wo algorithms design process simulation model.It is concluded that compared with the tradit ional disturbance control strategy and the improved control algorithm,the two improved algor ithms have higher efficiency than the traditional algorithm.
