This paper relies on the 2018 Ministry of Transport's science and technology project “Integrated/Half-assembly Steel-RC Combination Simple Supported Beam Bridge Construction Technology Research” hosted by the instructor.According to the concept of “construction steel plate bridge continuous construction and construction method” put forward by the instructor,the theoretical research on the continuous structure,performance and design calculation method of the fabricated steel plate deck is carried out.The main research work is as follows:1.Analyze and summarize the traditional and improved bridge deck continuous structure and its performance characteristics,and propose the overall concept,detailed structure and construction ideas of the continuous construction of the fabricated steel bridge deck with reinforced concrete structure replaced by steel plates.2.Using the finite element software ABAQUS to analyze the static behavior and dynamic characteristics of the preliminary construction of the fabricated steel bridge deck under different working conditions.Based on the pilot project,analyze the different design parameters for the continuous construction of the fabricated steel bridge deck.The influence of the static behavior and the dynamic characteristics of the "Beam-Plate-Beam" structure under different design parameters.3.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to study the continuous structure of the steel bridge deck.The mechanical buckling behavior of the steel-concrete composite girder bridge under the horizontal load is discussed.Mechanical properties of the load.4.According to the results of finite element analysis and linear elastic theory analysis,the calculation model,calculation method and calculation formula of the new fabricated steel bridge deck continuous structure under different working conditions are analyzed,and the steel-concrete composite beams with different spans are proposed.Design process,design methodology,and recommended values for key parameters.
