| Wireless Power Transmission(WPT)technology has developed rapidly in recent years and has been widely used in many applications,like medical equipment,consumer electronics,industrial robots,aerospace and more.In wireless power transmission,the inverter is restricted by components.With the development of technology,the requirement for transmission power is getting higher,and the maximum power of inverter cannot support the demand.This thesis try to solve this problem by paralleling the inverter.This thesis studies the coupling structure and circuit.The popuse of the thesis is to complete multi-circuit structure design.And to ensure its load capacity,efficiency and stability under position offset.To make sure the structure can transmit more than 1000 W of electricity with more than 80% efficiency.The main work is as follows:(1)For the selection and design of coupling structure,two coupled coil schemes are compared by theoretical analysis and simulation.By comparing the coupling characteristics,transmission maximum power and electromagnetic force,according to the needs of the transmission system,the coaxial structure is selected as the coupling scheme.The coupling coefficient is stable and the structure can transmit high-power electric energy.(2)For the transmitter circuit structure,this thesis design power circuit board and connect them to the same group control circuit.So the inverter can obtain four signals with the same amplitude,frequency and phase.Then this thesis innovatively use the circuit mixer,so the inverters can run in parallel,greatly improve the transmission power.(3)For the receiving terminal circuit structure,with the help of estimation of the secondary signal,secondary circuits are designed and the element parameters are determined.(4)This thesis realizes the wireless power transmission system with multi-circuit structure.The machine can transmit more than 1500 W with the efficiency over 80%.The feasibility of wireless power transmission devices with multiplex structures is verified.This thesis realizes a set of multi-path parallel systems with small electromagnetic disturbance.It can be applied in different applications,including space scene.With the application of wireless transmission devices,similar technical problems may have more frequent occurrence,the relevant work of this thesis will lay a foundation for future research expansion. |
