Energy saving and emission reduction is the key development direction of China's energy industry at this stage.How to efficiently utilize renewable resources such as solar energy to replace traditional fossil energy has always been a research hotspot in the field of energy.Solar-air hybrid heat source heat pump system combines solar energy and air source,which can effectively remedy the shortcomings of traditional solar water heating system in low irradiance and low efficiency.But at present,most of the domestic and foreign research on solar heat pump composite system is confined to the components of the system,lacking the optimization of the overall operation performance and operation strategy of the system.Solar-air hybrid heat pump as a whole system,the optimal configuration of components often can't guarantee the system to operate in the optimal state.Therefore,this paper uses a practical energy management system of solar energy heat pump composite system to conduct in-depth research on the system components and overall operation characteristics.The specific work is as follows:1)Mathematical Model of Solar Heat Pump Composite SystemFirstly,the operation principle of the solar energy heat pump composite system is analyzed,and the mechanism of the collector,heat pump and water tank of the solar energy heat pump composite system is modeled.Secondly,using the real-time operation data of the system,the parameters of the heat pump model are fitted by the analytical expression approximation discrete data method.Finally,the whole model is validated by comparing the real data of the system.2)Energy Consumption Analysis of Solar Heat Pump Composite SystemBased on the established mathematical model of the solar heat pump system and the real operation data of the system,the seasonal performance analysis and the performance analysis of the solar collector unit,the air source heat pump unit and the complete system under high and low irradiance were carried out.The results show that the annual average solar energy collection efficiency is 0.44 in Lishui,and the highest in summer.The average collection efficiency is 0.49,which is 1.25 times higher than that in winter.Solar collector system has the greatest influence on water temperature heating in summer.The average water temperature of water tank reaches 55.8 0C at sunset.Solar collector system can supply water all day in summer by running alone,and the number of heat pump opening is less.Therefore,the energy consumption of solar energy system in summer is the lowest,which is 9%of the total energy consumption in winter.3)Operating Strategy Analysis and Optimization.Based on the analysis results of seasonal operation characteristics of solar heat pump composite system,the energy consumption optimization model is used to solve the problems of low heat collection efficiency,low solar energy utilization rate,low heating efficiency ratio of heat pump unit and high energy consumption of the system under the existing fixed temperature control strategy.An operation strategy based on the optimal start-up of heat pump units in each season is proposed.By comparing with the existing operation strategies,the optimized operation strategy can improve the utilization of solar energy,improve the heating energy efficiency ratio of heat pump unit,reduce the energy consumption of the system,reduce the operation cost of the system,and realize the optimal operation of the system.
