With the rapid development of industrial kilns in China,the demand for quality and quantity production of kilns has been gradually expanded,However,industrial kilns are extremely complex control objects.Improper system control,uneven heating in the kiln or external disturbances will affect the entire processing process,resulting in an increase in product scrap rate.In view of this situation,it is imperative to adopt intelligent control algorithm and reasonable control system.At the same time,the thermal parameters of the kiln are transmitted to the web page monitoring terminal in real time by using Web technology to realize the flat intelligent distributed control system.The intelligent control algorithm is determined by the structural characteristics of the kiln.The system model of the internal structure of the kiln is used to analyze and derive the mathematical model of the heating system.For the control object of the time-delay characteristic caused by thermal inertia,the traditional control algorithm can not meet the requirements.In order to improve the adaptability and predictability of the control system,the intelligent control algorithm proposed in this paper controls the object and the traditional control algorithm.Simulation comparisons show that the improved intelligent algorithm has advantages.In this paper,combined with the optimized control algorithm,the kiln production process system is deeply researched,and designs a set of soft and hard control board.The hardware system mainly integrates four modules,including power module,temperature acquisition module,control output module and man-machine interface module;The software part mainly transplants the real-time operating system ?C/OS-?,which creates four tasks of system communication,man-machine interface control,control algorithm,temperature measurement and start,and sets priorities for these tasks,making the operation of these tasks in an orderly way.On the basis of solving the guarantee product quality and saving energy,this paper also studies a monitoring system based on Ethernet technology.The temperature control parameters of the kiln can be monitored and managed directly by using the browser,and the change of thermal parameters during the work of the kiln can be mastered.The front-end control center sends instructions to change the value of each temperature control parameter,realizes the interaction between the bottom layer and the host computer,and also ensures the safety and reliability of the furnace production.
